Description:

Plate 1380X. Yankee Meadows Reservoir 1949 – 2006 Viewed north across Yankee Meadows Reservoir. The dam has been rebuilt and the Forest Service has added various recreational facilities. Conifers have increased, while aspen has declined. Pinyon and juniper have also increased. Silver sage in the foreground has declined.
