Plate 214X. Wilson Peak Ridge ca. 1960 - 2003 Viewed southeast across Johnson Bench and upper Johns Valley from the ridge leading to Wilson peak. Although not taken from the exact same camera station, Plates 212x, 213x, and 214x form a panorama. Ponderosa pine, pinyon, juniper, greenleaf manzanita, and bristlecone pine have increased on the ridge, while pinyon and juniper have increased on Johnson Bench despite recent cutting and prescribe-burning by the Forest Service.
