Plate 941X. Upper Strawberry Valley 1951 – 2005 Viewed northeast down the upper part of Strawberry Valley. Aspen has declined, while conifers have increased, primarily spruce, white fir, and ponderosa pine. The USFS road is on the left. Rushes line the creek, while the most common grasses are needle and thread and smooth brome.
