Plate 429X. Sheep Creek 1932 – 2004 Viewed southeast across Sheep Creek. Pinyon and juniper have increased. The area to the left of the draw has been cleared and fenced, as the foreground and the benches are private property. The streambank appears to have stabilized and some woody riparian vegetation, primarily river birch, is now present.
