Plate 72X. Posy Lake 1938-2002 Viewed northwest across the northern end of Posy Lake. Conifers have increased while aspen has declined both on the far hillside and at the camera station. The trees in the foreground are primarily ponderosa pine. The conifers on the hillside are spruce, Douglas fir, and ponderosa pine.
