Plate 757X. Pine Valley Reservoir 1940 – 2004 Viewed southwest to the dam on Pine Valley Reservoir. Ponderosa pine, white fir, and spruce have increased dramatically, as have pinyon, juniper, and mountain brush - - including oakbrush, Utah serviceberry, and curlleaf mountain mahogany, among others. Willows and river birch have increased below the dam.
