North Canyon

Description:

Plate 147X. North Canyon 1921-2003 Viewed southeast across the head of North Canyon to Powell Point (10,188 ft). Plates 146x and 147x form a panorama. Conifers, primarily ponderosa pine, spruce, pinyon, and juniper, have increased, as has curlleaf mountain mahogany. Oakbrush appears unchanged except where it has been over-topped by conifers.
