Mud Spring Bench

Description:

Plate 130X. Mud Spring Bench ca. 1950-2003 Viewed north on Mud Spring Bench with Casto Peak (9,580 ft.) in the distance. Sagebrush in the original image was being root-plowed prior to reseeding with crested wheatgrass. Despite that treatment, sagebrush has returned. Pinyon and juniper have also increased.
