Plate 1488X. Lower Enterprise Dam 1900 – 2007 Viewed south-southwest to Lower Enterprise Dam on Little Pine Creek in the Pine Valley Mountains southwest of Enterprise, Utah. The original photopoint was destroyed by construction, so the retake was made from the edge of the existing roadbed. The dam, which was completed in 1909 (Alder and Brooks 1996:187-191), was overtopped by floodwaters in 2005. Pinyon and juniper have increased south and west of the reservoir.
