Indian Creek Tusher Mountains

Plate 255. INDIAN CREEK TUSHER MOUNTAINS 1946-2000 Viewed southwest up Indian Creek to Mount Baldy (12,122 ft). The original camera station could not be reoccupied due to road and gravel pit construction. Indian Creek Guard Station, seen in the original, has since been removed. Conifers have increased while aspen has declined. Pinyon, juniper, and oakbrush have increased on the ridge photo-left. Road construction has also changed the creek alignment.
