Description:

Plate 302X. East Fork of the Sevier River 1954 - 2003 Viewed northeast across the East Fork of the Sevier River below Long Creek on the Paunsaugunt Plateau. Conifers now block the original view, so the retake was made from the nearest open area. Spruce has increased. The area in the foreground has been mini contour-trenched and reseeded with intermediate wheatgrass to control erosion.
