Description:

Plate 1206X. Eagle Crags 1929 – 2006 Viewed south across the Virgin River to Eagle Crags (6,300 ft) near Springdale, Utah. The foreground is privately owned. Cottonwoods and other woody riparian vegetation have increased along the Virgin River. Pinyon and juniper have increased in the distance.
