Cave Knoll

Description:

Plate 1463X. Cave Knoll 1872 – 2007 Viewed southeast from Cave Knoll on the Lower Kolob Plateau in Zion National Park. Pinyon, juniper, ponderosa pine, shinney-leaf ceanothus, oakbrush, Utah serviceberry, and sagebrush have all increased, while native grasses have declined.
