100 Hours Challenge

100 Years Challenge

As part of the Utah 4-H Statewide Centennial Celebration, Morgan County 4-H would like to announce the 100 Years, 100 Hours Challenge! This year we look forward to many fun, creative, exciting educational opportunities through the 4-H program. As a 4-H staff, we would like to encourage all 4-H youth and adults to participate. Each time you attend a 4-H class/camp, work on a project with a club or family or perform service hours, record the hours on your time log. When you reach your goal of 100 hours, you will be recognized at the centennial 4-H Achievement Night in October 2012.

Guidelines: Each participant must record 100 hours in 4-H participation. A minimum of 10 hours must be service. Hours need to be signed off by a 4-H leader and parent as well as the county 4-H Agent. Hours should be achieved through two or more projects. A single page report or a portfolio must accompany completed log sheet in order to complete project. Once you have completed your 100 hours and have your parent and leader’s signatures, bring your log and report or portfolio to the Morgan County Extension Office for the County 4-H Agent to sign your time log. Use as many log sheets as you need. You can copy the original at home or pick up extras at the Extension Office.
