      This template is laid out as a four page print newsletter be be printed as one 11x17 page.  After you have created your newsletter it is recommended that you save it as a PDF and post it on your web site.  You may download a free PDF Converter at http://www.pdf995.com/download.html by selecting Free Converter.  (The converter program will show up on your computer as a printer.  When you are ready to convert your newsletter to a PDF select PDF995 as your printer and the document will convert into a PDF.)
  • E-Newsletter Template (Publisher)
    E-newsletters are a great way to contact audiences who use e-mail.  You can include e-mail addresses and links to web pages in the e-newsletter.  Once you have created your e-newsletter you can send it right from Publisher.  It is recommended to send a copy to yourself first before sending it out to your e-mail list.
    Go to 'File', 'Send E-mail', and select 'Send this Page as Message.'  From here you can add the names of your e-mail receipts (remember to put all e-mail addresses in the BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) line to respect the privacy of our users.  If you don't have a BCC line it can be found under Options.  You will also need to put one e-mail address in the 'To' line.  When you are finished press send. 

To save the image to your computer right click and select 'save as'.
