What is 4-H?
"4-H is a community of young people across America who are learning leadership, citizenship, and life skills. Participating youth and adult volunteers “learn by doing” through opportunities in which they gain a sense of belonging within a positive group, cultivate independence with guidance from caring adults and peers, and master life challenges. 4-H is family and community centered, volunteer led, Extension staff supervised, research based, publicly and privately funded, and responsive to change."
