On Thursday, January 24th, Utah State University Extension will be sponsoring a workshop on alfalfa hay and small grains for anyone interested. The meeting will be held at the Juab County Cultural Hall, 160 North Main, in Nephi from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. Enter the building using the northeast doors.
Dr. Earl Creech, USU Agronomist, will be the presenter. The meeting will cover several items including management of small grains, alfalfa hay, and safflower. Dr. Creech is one of the most knowledgeable experts in these areas in the intermountain west. Anyone attending that has a current Utah Pesticide license will receive 2 CEU credits. We would encourage all of you to attend this workshop.
