Fruit Tree Production

Utah has some of the best fruit tree producing soil and climates. The biggest area is along the benches of the mountains from Willard to Brigham City, but you can also find orchards in the Santaquin area. This area supports the production of apricots, sweet and tart cherries, peaches, pears and apples trees.

On this web page, you will find information that will assist the homeowner and the commercial orchardist alike in the production of tree fruits. If you have questions or comments, contact Jeff Banks, USU Extension Agent by phone at 435-623-3452 or by email at jeffb@ext.usu.edu
