Important note:
All
4-H activities require registration before youth can attend.

4-H members are youth in 3rd grade and 8 years old as of January 1 of 2013.

4-H Cloverbud members are 5 years old as of January 1, 2013 and can attend select activities accompanied by a parent or guardian.
To register you can download your member and volunteer enrollment forms here or visit our office at 585 North Main Street, Cedar City.  Completed applications require both the signature of the parent and youth as well as a $2-$3 fee.
For the safety of your children please do not leave them at our office without checking them in with an adult in charge of the activity.  Also, be sure to check them out of the activity with an adult in charge.  Thank you.
