    USU Extension Collaborates With Utahns Against Hungry To Receive Grant

    ose who use the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), formerly known as food stamps, will benefit from a recent grant awarded to Utahns Against Hunger by USDA's Food Insecurity Nutrition Incentive program. The $247,038 two-year grant will provide additional resources for Utah SNAP recipients to purchase fruits and vegetables.

    LOGAN - Utah State University Extension offers 94 summer internship positions, with most beginning in May and some running through 2016. Internships are in a wide range of fields, including agriculture, family and consumer sciences, horticulture, 4-H, natural resources and many others. Positions are available both on campus and in most counties in the state.
