USU Extension 4-H Announces Aggie Adventures and Summer Camps for Kids

To help avoid the “I’m bored” syndrome this summer, Utah State University Extension 4-H provides opportunities to keep youth active and engaged.

Aggie Adventures and Summer Camps for Kids educational day camps are offered in many counties around the state. The camps are geared for children and youth in first through eighth grades. All camps emphasize hands-on learning and explore a variety of subjects including archeology, robotics, art, history, astronomy and others.

According to Scott Williams, USU Extension 4-H agent for Cache County, the structured yet fun camps can help fill the summer days in interesting, productive ways.

“Every day is an adventure as they make new friends with similar interests and explore things they may never experience anywhere else,” he said.
