Healthy Family Fun Cookbook

For the past three years, Healthy Family Fun has provided programs to families throughout the Wasatch Front and northern Utah, including Cache, Box Elder, Weber, Davis, Salt Lake and Utah Counties.  Sadly, our program is coming to an end, but we are so grateful for the families we have been able to meet and work with. 

We have put together a Healthy Family Fun cookbook that contains family tested favorite recipes from our programming.  It also includes tips for getting the whole family involved in the kitchen. Feel free to download the cookbook and prepare these recipes at home with your family!
