    Home Buyer Education Course

    This course is open to anyone who would like education about buying a home. Participants who require a certificate of completion must register for the course and complete a final exam. Exam requests may be sent to hbeonline@usu.edu.

    1) Ensure you have the latest version of Adobe Flash installed. You can download it here.
    2) Ensure that you are operating an updated web browser. Chrome is suggested. You can download it here
    3) When/if prompted, allow Adobe Flash to always run on your computer.

    Additional Education

    In October 2015, the Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure replaced the Good Faith Estimate, Truth in Lending Statement and HUD-1 Settlement Statement.
