Food Safety Manager's Certification Course

Utah FSMC provides the restaurant and foodservice industry with an up-to-date, comprehensive food safety training and certification program. The 2008 edition includes all of the latest Food Code materials approved by the Utah Department of Health. The program was written to meet the requirements of the Utah Food Safety Manager law and it’s recognized in all counties of Utah. Our course was created with he highest standards in training and certification. It’s offered in several delivery methods, textbook, DVD, and online. 

The FSMC Exam is taken online at an approved location (see link below). Exams are by appointment only. Exams are bilingual (English-Spanish).
