Our mission is to enhance partnerships between government, academia, industry, and consumers through farm-to-table food safety education in Utah. The outcome is to reduce foodborne illness by coordinating our efforts to change the behaviors of  food workers, managers, regulators, and the public through training and education based on current science and technology.
