Paul is a native of Southern California. As a youth, he enjoyed exploring Southern Utah so much that he moved there in 2005. Paul and his wife have two sons and currently reside in Hurricane. He spent the beginning four years of his professional career as the general manager at a sports marketing company in Hurricane. Prior to this, he put himself through college as an optician at Costco Wholesale. Paul earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from Dixie State College in 2007, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He went on to complete his M.B.A. at Southern Utah University this past May and is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, an international honor society. His interests of research and study include leadership and collaboration using new technologies and marketing through social media outlets. Paul enjoys public speaking, web design, socializing, blogging, canyoneering, and reading. He is enthusiastic about working with the youth and volunteer leaders in Washington County's 4-H programs and learning from all the excellent people in USU Extension.
