Duchesne County 4-H Contests are held yearly. Senior Contests are for 4-Hers grades 9 – 12 while Junior Contests are for youth grades 3 – 8. These contests give youth a reason to excel in the skills 4-H has taught them. Competing on the county level usually means that the youth has already developed and practiced their skills at home and club meetings. Contest range from Public Speaking, Demonstration, and Fashion Review to Talent.

Senior County Contest are usually held during the month of June.

Junior County Contest are usually held the week before County Fair.
