Food Safety Manager Certification

You must register, pay fees, and obtain a Web CT ID and Password before you can take the FSMC Exam.  The exam is offered by computer at the Extension office. To register, you can go online at http://foodsafety.usu.edu or call the Extension office: (801) 451-3412.
