Instructions:

Here in the Davis County 4-H office we are pleased to offer this lending library to help supplement the wonderful work you are doing with your clubs.  Browse this page to decide what kit you would like to check out.

Then:

·         Click on the Calendar Link to check kit availability.  Kits listed on the calendar are unavailable.

·        Click Kit to Request

·         Fill out form and Click Submit.  Kits are available 2 business days after form has been submitted.

Kits may be checked out for 2 weeks. You are welcome to check out more than one kit at a time (depending on availability). 

You must have a valid email that you check regularly in order to check out kits.  You also must be a member of 4-H in order to utilize the lending library.  Each kit has a deposit that you will leave in the form of a check.  If the kit comes back with no problems and on time then your check will be returned to you.  You will also be responsible if something breaks for the cost to replace the item.  Some of the kits also have a small fee that we collect to help us replenish the supplies that are used.  Deposits and fees will be paid at the time of pickup.
