4-H Fair Exhibit Information
There is a separate registration system for the fair and it is imperative that youth who want to enter a project and leaders who enter youth in the fair be registered in the ut.4honline system on time. For this reason there will now be a 4-H registration deadline of July 16th.
4-H membership accounts will need to have an active status to transfer into the fair registration system. This system will open for fair registration on July 21st, 2014. Fair registration will close on August 7th. The system will already be closed August 8th, 2014, registration must be done before this date.

Each Exhibit (project) must be accompanied by a completed Exhibit Record that is submitted with the exhibit on either August 8th or August 9th. Information requested on the Exhibit Record includes: Class Code, Lot Number, First and Last Name, Grade Completed, Name of the Exhibit (what it is), and a brief story about the project. The exhibit story may include: why they made it, what skills learned, what they like about the project area, service given in project area, future application of knowledge learned, etc. This form gives voice to the youth to provide more information/background to the judges about their exhibit. Encourage youth to use their best handwriting so the judges can easily read them. Please only use the lines allotted. The Exhibit Record forms are available through the link below or in the Davis County Extension Office.
There are three forms per page. A form is needed for each exhibit entered in the fair. Please cut out the forms before submitting the exhibits.

Shifts: Need 2-3 volunteers /shift

1:30 p.m. – 5 p.m.
5 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.
