Utah State University Extension promotes awareness and educates the public on the science and art of horticulture. Informal, not-for-credit classes are offered periodically on various gardening topics, such as Composting, Native Plant Propagation, Shade and Fruit Tree Pruning, and Starting Seeds Indoors.  We do make presentations to gardening clubs and other interested groups free of charge.

The Box Elder County USU Extension also offers Horticulture classes annually in Brigham City or Tremonton.  If you would like to broaden you knowledge of gardening, checkout the classes link at the top right of this page. 

 We have information on almost any gardening question you might have and we have access to lots of publications.  We have tried to provide a range of publications that gardeners have questions about on this website.  If you can't find what your are looking for, our office is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday - Friday at 195 W 1100 S in Brigham City or you can call us at 734-9945 or 1-800-738-0210.  We welcome your questions and quest for horticulture information.
