Junior Livestock shows are one of the most popular 4-H and FFA projects in Utah.  These projects provide a unique educational experience for youth .  Youth learn to accept responsibility, follow instructions, gain self-confidence, follow instructions -- simply put, “to do the right thing”.   4-H youth can begin beef, dairy, pork and sheep livestock projects as early as 3rd grade and can continue until the summer after they graduate high school.   .
