Junior Horse Council
Any Box Elder County 4-H'er enrolled with a horse project is eligible to join the Junior Horse Council. The Junior Horse Council members will be responsible for assisting the Horse Council in planning clinics, horse camp, horse shows, fundraisers, service projects and horse program activities.
