Working Ranch Horse Program
The Working Ranch Horse Program teaches youth techniques in handling livestock. This includes skills in roping, sorting cattle, and fence work. There are three age divisions: Juniors (3-5 grade), Intermediates (6-8 grade), and Seniors (9-12 grade). Many counties put on gatherings open to all the working ranch horse youth in the state. Test are administered at Gatherings and questions are from the following books. All are available from the Extension Office.

Medical Consent Form
Registration forms are due by October 21, 2011. All participants need to be registered for the current year and have a medical consent form signed on or after October 1st, 2011.

Note: We are giving participants a free t-shirt this year. We need to know your size. If you are registering online there is no way to ask for your shirt size. Please email your name and shirt size to emily.bankhead@usu.edu to be able to receive your shirt at the gathering. Please do the same thing if you are ordering a sweatshirt.
Jackpot Ranch Rodeo
Register day of the rodeo. Registration begins at 5:30pm. Rodeo begins at 6:00pm.
Events include Two Man Cattle Sorting, Three Man Cattle Doctoring, and Hide Race.
Limited to 3 entries. $10.00 entry fee per person per event. Rules
