Business Outreach Support Services

The Business Outreach Support Services (BOSS) at Utah State University Extension and its partners, provide assistance to people who want to start or expand their business.  Being your own boss is really what starting and running your own business is all about.

We can help and here’s how…
• There are important rules, regulations, procedures and decisions to make that you will need to know about and comply with. We’ll help you navigate that maze.
• You should make some early assessment of your business idea before you invest a lot of time and money. Will it fly?  Will it be profitable? We will help with your assessment.
• You need information on business resources as you develop your business idea and plan.  We provide counseling and training on a variety of subjects. We can also provide additional access to local assistance in most cases.
