Enterprises are the building blocks of a farm or ranch. It is important therefore to determine the impact each part of the firm contributes to the over success of the farm or ranch. The enterprise budgets are designed to provide a framework for any farm or ranch operator to evaluate his operation. The most important column in these budgets is "your operation" not the values in each table. Crop budgets are available for every county in Utah while the livestock and specialty budgets are for regions or areas of the state.
