Pressure Canner Gauge Testing

 

Free service.  Bring in your pressure canner lid and have the gauge tested for accuracy.  This will help assure that your canning is safe.
Testing is done at the USU Extension office: 2001 S. State St. #S-1200; Salt Lake County Government Center.
