Pressure Cooking Basics
Pressure Cookers make preparing food easier and much less time consuming than conventional methods. Food is also tender and tastes good. This class will be presented by Laurie Bates with the Food $ense Program and will be held on Tuesday, January 15, from 7-8 pm, in the Extension Office Kitchen, 160 North Main, Nephi (east doors).
