Secondary Online Course: Registration

How do I register?
To enroll in the 1-3 USU credit course, Food Land & People (EDUC 5560 or ASTE 6400), you must first attend the On-site Orientation. (Click on a date below to register for the On-site Orientation.) At this orientation, you will be introduced to the instructor, course materials, demonstrations, and other course activities. Teachers must register 2-weeks prior to the orientation. A nonrefundable fee for the orientation is $10. Enrolling in the course after the On-site Orientation session is your decision. If you decide not to enroll, you will receive a certificate that documents the in-service hours of the orientation that can be used toward licensure.

Host Orientation Workshop
Orientation session are held at least twice each summer. Please contact us if you would like to host the On-site Orientation (minimum of ten teachers) and we will try to accommodate your request and schedule a session at your school during the school year.
